How much does it cost?
That depends on the scope of the work. Following the free initial consultation, you will receive a written quote setting out the price and billing arrangements. There are no costs incurred until then.
Why aren’t there any prices on the website?
Because every business starts from a different point. A flat rate would have to take the most complex scenario into account, whereas a bespoke quote includes only what is actually needed.
Fixed package price, day rate or hourly rate – which fits?
Clearly defined projects usually run as a package at a fixed price. Connected on-site work is easy to plan in day rates, while consulting and software with an open scope are billed by the hour. We decide this together.
Will there be any additional costs later on?
External costs such as domain registration, hosting, licences or printing are itemised separately in the quotation in advance. We will agree in advance on any changes to the agreed scope of work. Ongoing support for updates, backups and technical assistance is available by arrangement.
Do I need to know anything about technology?
No. I explain things in plain language, and the induction is part of that.
On-site only, or remotely as well?
Both. On site, where it makes sense, and a lot remotely – by telephone or video call.

A clear website and a well-maintained Google profile make you easy to find, build trust and capture enquiries – even outside business hours.
What does ‘complete IT infrastructure’ mean?
Domain, website, custom email addresses, calendar, cloud storage and filing systems are set up, documented and handed over as a complete package – without the need to piece the technology together yourself.
